Redfaire is Recruiting a Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Redfaire is a fast-growing, international technology company head-quartered in Limerick city centre. Redfaire implements and optimises Oracle ERP. We provide consulting services and have developed our own software products such as an ERP data management tool and an AP Automation tool. Redfaire has an immediate need for a Sales Development Rep to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will be working closely with our sales and marketing teams to uncover new opportunities for Oracle ERP  Projects and for  Data Management and AP Automation software.


Responsibilities of the SDR

  • Conduct a high volume of outbound telephone calls to prospective customers to identify decision makers and opportunities with the goal of setting an appointment for sales representatives
  • Work campaigns consisting of pre-qualified calls or cold calls and securing appointments for our sales reps
  • Learn and understand the value proposition of Redfaire solutions and effectively communicate this understanding to prospective customers
  • Update client and prospect information in our CRM systems
  • Build profiles of prospective clients using publicly available information
  • Meet all performance objectives as defined by management
  • Implement best-practices in social selling

Ideal Candidate skill set 

  • 1-2 years’ experience in a professional environment
  • Ability to quickly and expertly navigate the web, including utilisation of appropriate search techniques
  • Proven investigation or probing skills to uncover sales opportunities
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Strong detail orientation with the ability to follow defined processes
  • Strong time management skills
  • Ability to work effectively with and assist others in a team environment



  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience; Business or Marketing major preferred
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office applications (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
  • Experience with CRM systems is a plus
  • Additional language is a plus, but not a requirement
