Working as part of the Redfaire finance team, this role provides temporary cover to the accounts payable and employee expense function. The role will be based in our Shared Service Centre in Limerick City.


Responsibilities: 

Key responsibilities include: 

  • Processing Accounts Payable Invoices in a high volume, multi-currency environment.
  • Processing Contractor invoices
  • Processing employee expenses
  • Ensuring the correct VAT treatment for invoices across multiple Countries.
  • Corresponding with internal business units and Vendors to resolve queries
  • Resolving invoice discrepancies
  • Preparing and processing accounts payable payments to Vendors 
  • Reconciliation of Vendor accounts 
  • Help and support with end of year reconciliations and annual audit 
  • Ad hoc administrative support


Skills & Experience

  • 2+ years accounts payable and/or general accounting experience in a similar high-volume environment
  • Advanced Microsoft Office & Excel skills and a high level of attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • Proven ability to work as part of a team and capable of working on own initiative
  • Previous JD Edwards experience desirable but not essential
