It is that time of year again, Collaborate 2017, when the worldwide JD Edwards community gathers in Las Vegas, to learn from each other, share tips and success stories, learn what is new and planned for JD Edwards and, of course, attend the highlight of the week: Lyle Ekdahl’s keynote.
It is that time of year again, Collaborate 2017, when the worldwide JD Edwards community gathers in Las Vegas, to learn from each other, share tips and success stories, learn what is new and planned for JD Edwards and, of course, attend the highlight of the week: Lyle Ekdahl’s keynote.
Lyle Ekdahl’s keynote at Collaborate is the event that no one in the JD Edwards community wants to miss, and, as always, Lyle did not disappoint! Lyle and his team shared insights on ERP and IT and, of course, spoke about the strategic guidelines and roadmap for the coming months and years.

One of the reasons for the speed of adoption is the continuous innovation brought in by the development team in Denver: more than 160 features have been added since November 2015 on every aspect of the solution: functional, technical, user interface:

And there are many more innovations yet to come!
The new support strategy was probably the most important announcement of this keynote: EnterpriseOne 9.2 support will be extended to 2028, with an annual review for extensions!
This announcement is in line with Oracle’s commitment to meet and exceed today’s customers’ expectations of more agility and simplification:
