I’ve worked with ERP systems since the late 80 ’s, straight from University as a programmer (Developer in today’s world). Over the years, I have worked with several ERP solutions, progressing to Analyst programmer, Team Lead, Business Analyst / Functional Consultant, Project and Team management and I’ve worked on both the customer and service provider side.  

 

My current role is Client Service Director, I am responsible for ensuring that we provide quality services to our customers and that we are meeting our clients’ expectations.
 

My typical day involves interacting with my team, providing support with planning and delivery of objectives, helping to resolve issues and meeting with my customers to ensure we are meeting their expectations and planning how to we can work together to move their business forward.  

 

Working as part of a great team and the satisfaction I get from helping our clients grow their businesses.  

 

Any advice for graduates, particularly women who may be considering a career in Tech?
Working in Tech has given me lots of opportunities. It’s always changing, you need to adapt and accept the changes… see each disruptive shift as a way forward …  opportunities to progress or change direction depending on where your passion lies.  Don’t be afraid to take it on …   

 

I can’t survive without my coffee in the morning, I like to cook, my favourite place to visit is Barcelona, I have two teenage daughters and we all like to shop!
