The Role

The Sales Support Associate will be responsible for supporting our sales team across a range of activities involving new and existing clients. Efficient connectivity and relationship building are core elements of the role.


The candidate should have excellent verbal & written communication skills and have strong web navigation and search experience. The candidate will also need the ability to work in a remote team environment.


This role will be based in our shared service centre in Limerick.


Responsibilities: 

  • Conduct a high volume of outbound telephone calls to prospective customers to identify decision-makers and opportunities with the goal of setting an appointment for sales representatives
  • Work campaigns consisting of pre-qualified calls or cold calls and securing appointments for our sales reps
  • Learn and understand the value proposition of Redfaire solutions and effectively communicate this understanding to prospective customers
  • Update client and prospect information in our CRM systems
  • Build profiles of prospective clients using publicly available information
  • Meet all performance objectives as defined by management
  • Implement best-practices in social selling


Requirements

  • Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree (L8) or equivalent experience; Business or Marketing major preferred
  • 1-2 years’ experience in a professional environment is advantageous
  • Proven ability to quickly and expertly navigate the web, including utilisation of appropriate search techniques
  • Proven investigation or probing skills to uncover sales opportunities
  • Strong detail orientation with the ability to follow defined processes
  • Ability to work effectively and proactively in a team environment
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office applications (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
  • Experience with CRM systems is a distinct advantage
