Redfaire provides comprehensive third-party support solutions for Oracle's JD Edwards EnterpriseOne and World Software ERP.  We offer JD Edwards customers, regardless of release, the opportunity to subscribe to expert technical (CNC - Configurable Network Computing) and application ‘helpdesk’ support.

 

 

JD Edwards Releases Supported by Redfaire

Redfaire delivers support for the full range of JD Edwards applications and releases, including the latest ‘9’ releases, and older WorldSoftware A7 releases;

  • EnterpriseOne Releases: 8.9, 8.10, 8.11, 8.11SP1, 8.12, 9.0, 9.1
  • OneWorld Releases: B7332, Xe, 8.0
  • World Releases: A7.3, 8.1, 9.X and all CUM Levels
  • Databases: Oracle, SQL Server, DB2/400

 

JD Edwards Managed Services Options

We offer different options for JDE support and will tailor our offerings to meet your needs. The three categories of support we offer are:

  • Total JD Edwards (JDE) Support Service
    Ideal for businesses that don't have in-house IT support. We offer full technical management for your application infrastructure, and day-to-day management and end-user support.
  • Complementary
    Relieve the pressure on your internal IT team and allow them to focus on driving the business forward. This support service is specifically designed to complement your existing team to provide management, maintenance, and support of your software applications so they don’t have to. We’ll integrate fully with your team and provide professional and expert support for your software applications.
     
  • Pay as You Go
    We offer a subscription-based pricing model which gives you fast, affordable access to our skilled resources. 'Pay as you Go' support, for any of our solutions, is charged per half hour or you can choose to open a 'Prepaid' account and pre-pay for eight hours of support.
