Tell us about yourself
I am an Argentinean Economist now living in London. My husband and our three year old daughter moved to London last year. It has been a busy time!  I speak Spanish, English and Italian and I love to travel. We are making the most of living in London to visit and get to know as many European countries as possible. 

What is your role at Redfaire?
I work on the Global Support team as a Finance Consultant. I help JD Edwards clients from all over the world  to resolve issues and ensure that JDE is running efficiently and smoothly. To be successful in the role you need to be able to work to tight deadlines, clients depend  on us to get their issues fixed quickly. You also need to be organized, results-driven and have a good eye for detail. Last but not least, strong communication skills are essential so that the team works at its best,

What do you enjoy about your role? 
I enjoy the variety of the work and the diversity of the team. I am constantly learning, technical skills related to JDE, of course, but also about different cultures and industries. There is a great team spirit too. We work hard but also have a lot of fun together. I also like working remotely.  

Speaking of  working remotely, can you share some tips ? 
I enjoy working from home. One of my key learnings has been to have a separate work-space. This helps me to maintain a healthy work-life balance. When I physically leave my home office it helps me to switch off from work. 

Tell us about an achievement that you are proud of? 
I have relished the challenge of working in a second language. I am not a native English speaker but now most of my days are spent communicating in English at work and in my personal life. 

What have you learned in your career to date that you would like to share?
Empathy, patience and openness have helped me in my career. Understanding others' view-points and experiences are essential to team-work and achieving shared goals.
