The Role

Project Management Office provides support for the Project Management Team. The PMO Role supports the Project Manager Team Lead and Project Managers in delivery quality projects across the Redfaire Business Units. 

The ideal candidate for this position is detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills. This role is suitable for an individual with experience of working with technical, finance and project management teams.

The successful candidate will be required to collaborate with a broad stakeholder community including business analysts, application/infrastructure teams, project managers and the finance team to deliver on PMO initiatives. 

A key activity of the IT/PMO Administration Officer role will be to promote and support the adherence to project management processes and procedures across the T&I department.


  • Provide Project Support to the Project Managers
    •  In preparing Weekly / Monthly Project Reporting
    • Coordinating Communications across projects and resources
    • Supports the Project Managers with the set up of Project Time reporting tasks 
    • Assists the Project Managers to collect and review time sheet data
  • Provide Portfolio Support to the Professional Services and Project Manager Team Leads
    • Ensures completion of weekly / monthly reporting data for all active projects
    • Assists in the smooth assignment of shared resources across all projects
    • Assists the PS Team Leads in Reporting and “Chasing” of Project / Professional Services Related information
    • Assists in the management of 3rd party / contractor costs
  • Provides Project Management Methodology and Standards Support
  • Assists in the development of Project Management Methodology and Standards
  • Assists in training out the Project Management Methodology and Standards
  • Act as the control point for project/portfolio related documentation templates and Supports checks on active projects for compliance. 
  • Pro-actively seek opportunities to drive improvements across the PMO
  • Works with the Project Management Team Lead, and in-house Project Managers


  • Understanding of Project Methodology and Key Metrics
  • Knowledge of data reporting tools and ways of working – “Slice and dicing of information”
  • Highly driven and self-motivated to work as required, with a hands-on approach to ensure the deliverables are produced on time with high quality
  • Keen sense of “Ownership” to keep assigned tasks moving and to close out tasks fully
  • Proven ability to prioritise, be accountable and high level of attention to detail
  • Experience in escalation management 
  • Driven by a desire to “Standardise” and “Simplify” ways of working
  • Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to work closely with stakeholders, close actions and follow open items as appropriate
