The solution is simple and effective. The customer uploads a photo of their pet so that the chatbot can recommend the best product for their four-legged friend. 

• Using Oracle Vision, the solution identifies the breed and recommends the best dog food.

• An added bonus is that there is a calculator to estimate the ideal daily quantity to ensure a balanced and healthy diet.
• If the customer wishes to then go ahead and purchase the product the chatbot generates a list of the closest stores that stock the product. This information is based on the zip code provided by the client.
