Data Capture

Data capture is powered by ABBYY® OCR which has powerful AI & cognitive learning capabilities. The OCR uses JDE Master Tables integration for improved validation allowing for greater automation. The OCR reads PO and non-PO invoices and credits. The OCR is Integrated to the AP Connect Workbench User Interface for improved visibility of all invoices in progress.

Automation Hub

With its modern user interface, the automation hub is where you manage any exceptions. Thanks to a direct connection to the JDE database and an image of any invoices that need to be validated, resolving issues can be done in just a few clicks. From the workbench you can manage invoices and credits, coding reassignment and two and three- way matching. You can also select notifications depending on the type of action.

Approval Connect

Not all clients need this module, but if you have more complex approval workflows, Approval Connect will help drive productivity and eliminate many emails and phone calls. At your laptop, or from your phone, you can manage all approvals, by business unit, by document, or by LOB. You can quickly and easily drill-down to see more details and perform the required action; managing notifications and reassigning approvals. This module can also be purchased as a stand alone module.
