South Yorkshire Police needed to migrate from a shared Oracle E-Business Suite environment that was also used by Humberside Police to a modern Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP platform. The shared nature of the legacy environment introduced significant complexity, particularly around data migration, data separation, system integrations, and reporting. Maintaining data integrity while minimising disruption to operational services was critical to project success.
