In May, our European Global Support Team travelled to Buenos Aires to spend a week with our LATAM team.
What a week.
We combined culture sessions, one-to-ones, technical workshops, and a group exploration of what great JD Edwards support really looks like. Alongside a fascinating presentation on AI and JDE, we also fit in a customer visit, some sightseeing, a trip to an Irish pub, and the chance to taste what may well be the finest steak any of us will ever eat.
But beyond the agenda, what truly made the week was the people. The LATAM team brought warmth, enthusiasm, and real expertise to everything. Activities designed to test how well the team knows their customers revealed exactly the level of knowledge and care we’re proud of. Gift bags were exchanged, English treats for Argentine mementos — and the kindness shown to us throughout the week was genuinely humbling.
This trip wasn’t just about business. It was about building the One Team culture we believe in at Redfaire. When everyone in the room speaks JD Edwards — and does so with the same commitment to their customers — it shows.
Thank you to the entire LATAM team for your generosity, your enthusiasm, and for making us feel so welcome. And thank you to everyone back home who kept things running seamlessly while we were away.
