The  National Problem Solving Conference is an initiative established to help police forces identify, share and adopt effective problem-solving practices across UK policing. The programme and conference help forces learn from one another and build on successful problem-solving approaches. 

A key feature of the conference is the Tilley Awards, which recognise initiatives that have delivered measurable results. By celebrating successful projects and sharing best practice, the awards help police forces learn from evidence-based approaches and apply those lessons in their own communities.

This focus on practical outcomes aligns closely with Redfaire's approach. Whether modernising ERP systems, migrating critical data or supporting long-term transformation programmes, our goal is to solve complex challenges and deliver measurable improvements.

Our Work with South Yorkshire Police

We are particularly proud to see South Yorkshire Police hosting this event on behalf of police forces across the UK. We have had the privilege of supporting the force's transformation programme through the modernisation of its Finance, HR and enterprise reporting systems.
