Redfaire, an enterprise applications and cloud services provider, has secured a €13 million investment from BGF, the most active growth capital investor across Ireland and the UK. The funding will support Redfaire's next phase of growth.
BGF has made a €13 million minority investment in Redfaire. The funding supports Redfaire's international expansion, continued capability development, and selective acquisitions. The founding team retains control of the business.
Redfaire is an enterprise applications (ERP) and cloud services provider, founded in 2003. It delivers consulting, implementation, managed services, application support, and cloud services across Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and Oracle Fusion Cloud for enterprise customers in Ireland, the UK, Europe and North America.
Redfaire works with Oracle technologies including Oracle JD Edwards (JDE), Oracle Cloud Infrastructure OCI and Oracle Fusion Cloud, supporting customers with consulting, implementation, managed services and application support.
Glenn Timms has been appointed Non-Executive Chair of Redfaire through the BGF Talent Network. A former PwC Corporate Finance partner and former CEO of IESA, he brings extensive board experience across technology-enabled services and enterprise software.
Redfaire recently acquired eKal Solutions, a UK-based Oracle Fusion consultancy, adding Fusion capability across human capital management, enterprise performance management, financials and supply chain management.
