In July 2021, the Gender Pay Gap Information Act 2021 was enacted, requiring Irish employers to measure and report their gender pay gap figures. Addressing our gender pay gap is a key area of focus for Redfaire, and we have a range of targeted supports and programmes in place to help close this gap. While we continue to face a representation challenge at senior levels, with more men than women in leadership roles, we remain strongly committed to improving female representation across our business.
