Over four days, we worked, we laughed, we brainstormed, we swapped knowledge and stories. We also discovered some of our teammates' hidden talents. It turns out, us Redfairers are not just JD Edwards experts, but also table quiz ninjas, talented singers and musicians, Zumba instructors, dancers, sailors, model train enthusiasts and much more.

Highlights included: 

•  Day 1: As simple as it sounds, one of the highlights was finally having all Redfairers together, those who flew in from near and far (including Argentina, South Africa, and India), those who had joined since 2020 and, of course, those who have been working from home. Day one finished with the world début of what is sure to be the next rock n roll sensation – ‘The Orchestrators,’ the finest band of JD Edwards consultants the world has ever known.

• Day 2: Team Redfaire spent the day at the home of the Munster Rugby team. Overlooking the pitch at the iconic Thomond Park, our own multi award-winning team discussed company values, what makes Redfaire, Redfaire and how to continue delivering ERP excellence to our customers over the next twenty years. With no detail overlooked the summit dream team had even organised sunshine, and the evening finished with a riverside BBQ.

• Day 3: Day three was all about the future, what’s next for JD Edwards and ERP? We had lively discussions on Orchestrator, Oracle ERP SaaS, Artificial Intelligence, and of course Cloud. Lively discussions of a different kind were had later that evening at Redfaire’s official birthday party!

• Day 4: Time flies when you are having fun, it is as true for our few days together at the Redfaire Summit as it is for twenty years of Redfaire. Before we knew it, it was time to say goodbye and start the countdown to the next Redfaire Summit.
